Joyce Thornton is a woman who seeks to please the heart of God. She is widely known for her faith, strength, and compassion. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and philanthropist, she has spent her life loving, serving, and pouring into others. To many, she has been a spiritual mother, mentor, and source of strength; often making people feel like family the moment they meet her. Her life reflects a testimony of transformation, purpose, and the enduring grace of God.Today, we gather in that same spirit of family to stand with her and her loved ones during a difficult season.

Pastor Joyce recently experienced a serious medical emergency that resulted in a brain injury. She is currently on her journey of recovery and continues to make progress, though she is not yet able to communicate or return to ministry.This has been a deeply challenging season for our family, and we are navigating it day by day with faith, strength, and hope in God.We are profoundly grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this time. Your kindness has been a source of comfort and encouragement to us.We continue to trust in God’s faithfulness through every step of this journey.
